Patient Experience Coordinator
Part-Time | 15–24 Hours Per Week

We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in downtown Saskatoon, offering physiotherapy, pelvic health physiotherapy, vestibular physiotherapy, massage therapy, counselling, and wellness-focused services. We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position within a growing healthcare clinic and who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for patients and colleagues alike.
The Opportunity
This position is much more than a traditional reception role.
As one of the first points of contact within the clinic, you will play an essential role in shaping the patient experience while supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and support patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and patient communication through Jane App
Coordinate appointment flow and support an organized clinical schedule
Process billing, payments, insurance claims, and administrative documentation accurately
Support daily clinic operations and workflow management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions
Assist with administrative projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
Collaborate closely with practitioners and leadership to support a positive clinic environment
Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic atmosphere
Identify challenges and contribute thoughtful solutions to support clinic success
Qualifications & Attributes
Required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, reception, customer service, or a professional office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable learning and navigating technology and scheduling software
Professional, reliable, and accountable
Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and accuracy
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting
Familiarity with Jane App or similar EMR or scheduling software
Experience managing billing, payments, or insurance workflows
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Position Details
Part-Time: Approximately 15–24 hours per week to start

Experience or interest in WCB and SGI injury rehabilitation, persistent pain and nervous system regulation, sports rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum care, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, chronic tension presentations, or stress management would be considered an asset.
