Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage phones, emails, and appointment scheduling through our clinic management system (Jane App).

• Oversee billing, payments, and administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

• Assist the outsourced marketing team as needed (e.g., coordinating information, preparing materials, supporting campaigns).

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with our clinic’s values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (healthcare or professional office setting preferred).

• Strong interest in administration as a career path with motivation to grow into greater responsibilities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with technology; experience using Jane App or similar scheduling systems is an asset.

• High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.

Position Details

Part-Time Hours: 15–20 hours per week to start.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
