Course Description:

Do you keep seeing the words “somatic” and the “nervous system” all over your social media? What does it all mean? This four part course offered by Cara Riendeau uses cutting edge neuroscience and neurosensory exercises for participants to gain self awareness, increase their ability to be present with friends and family, step into their full potential in the workplace, and generally feel more inspired and creative.   Much of the mainstream education people receive is to work harder to feel better but in this course, you will gain an understanding of polyvagal theory and the autonomic nervous system to understand how slowing down and noticing may be just as important as traditional psychotherapeutic interventions.

What will participants gain through this presentation?

  • Learn how living in survival mode (fight/flight/freeze) zaps life energy and vitality

  • Understand nervous system physiology so they can participate in their own health and wellness

  • Gain an understanding of their own physiology and learn specific tools and strategies to integrate into daily life

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm and create lasting change within their own physiology

  • Experience aliveness and vitality from within that you haven’t felt in a long time (or maybe ever)

This course has been created for adult women who living in survival mode and are experiencing nervous system dysregulation from:
