GrowCo Level 1 Postpartum Rehabilitation Series
A practitioner-led, locally operated, comprehensive rehabilitation program for AFTER baby arrives!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
1) In-Person GrowCo Postpartum Rehabilitation movement + education series, 2x/week for 4 weeks (8 sessions) led by licensed physiotherapists.
2) Online GrowCo Community with on-demand videos (education + exercise) and course material.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED BUT RECOMMENDED:
Equipment recommended: 1 coregeous ball, 1 resistance band (3 feet), and 3 resistance band loops. ADD Equipment Package to Order or Equipment can be purchased in-person in our wellness boutique!

INVESTMENT: $400.00 + tax (if not using physiotherapy health benefits) - registration can be completed on the website.
** Taxes are exempt for this program should you choose to utilize physiotherapy health benefits with your individual healthcare insurance plan >> REGISTRATION: must be completed over the phone with our administrative team @ (306) 373-0060 to access eligibility to receive physiotherapy receipts and be exempt from taxes.

* GrowCo Postpartum Rehabilitation Series qualifies for receiving receipts for physiotherapy for SK residents-only with the completion of a Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Assessment (within the past 4 months) from a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Holistic Physiotherapy and Wellness.
** Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Assessment is not included in the price of the series.
