Reiki Energy Healing in Saskatoon
At Holistic Physiotherapy & Wellness, we believe healing involves more than just the physical body. Reiki offers a calming, restorative approach to support balance, clarity, and relaxation — inviting your body’s natural healing ability to do what it does best.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice where a certified practitioner channels universal life force energy — known as Rei (life) and Ki (energy) — to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
During a Reiki session, you’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table while the practitioner places or hovers their hands above specific areas of your body. This allows energy to flow freely and restore harmony within the body and mind.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
Reiki sessions at Holistic Physiotherapy & Wellness are guided by compassion, intuition, and respect for your body’s innate wisdom. Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, physical discomfort, or simply seeking time to reconnect with yourself, Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful pathway toward balance and renewal.
Experience the restorative effects of Reiki in a calm and supportive environment.
